I have worked with Steve for more than 10 years and have come to rely heavily on his coaching and perspective. Steve provides sound counsel, always striking the right balance between the theoretical and the pragmatic. I have benefitted from his insights and judgement through the years and as a result have engaged him to coach other executives at our company. While his coaching has become invaluable to me, I did not initially engage him to be a coach. I engaged him to work with my team on organizational design. He skillfully facilitated a number of sessions that allowed us to sharpen our focus on the most important issues and opportunities. He brings contemporary thinking and tools to the table, which creates new distinctions, perspectives and action plans. But more importantly, at least in my opinion, Steve brings experience and wisdom that he has developed through the years as a businessman, educator and OD professional that can’t be distilled to a PowerPoint presentation. I’m glad that Steve and I have had the opportunity to work together.

I have been working with Steve for 12 years. He helped me as a Superintendent of Schools to establish a leadership development framework that still is having fruit today.
